Understanding the complex language of the insurance policy and the restrictive conditions placed on enforcement of the policy is a skill that can not be learned overnight. Therefore, all of our adjusters are required to be properly licensed and undergo an extensive continuing education program which keeps all of our professionals up to date in the latest policy provisions and other applicable information. Our adjusters are accredited by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as either Certified or Senior Professional Public Adjusters (CPPA and SPPA). Each designation requires between 5 and 10 years of adjusting experience and the successful completion of rigorous testing during the period. Jansen International has more SPPA designated employees than any other public adjusting firm in the Southwest United States
