RE: JANSEN INTERNATIONAL, LLC AWARDED STATE OF TENNESSEE PROCLAMATION, MADISON COUNTY INSURANCE CLAIM SERVICES

Jansen International, LLC, a Houston based public insurance adjusting firm, was honored with a proclamation praising their outstanding efforts for services performed on behalf of Madison County Tennessee. Jansen International was retained to measure, document and adjust Madison County's insurance claim recovery following a devastating May, 2003 tornado which severely affected the county's property.

The proclamation, awarded yesterday by The State of Tennessee Speaker of the House of Representatives, Jimmy Naifeh and State Representative Jimmy Eldridge proclaimed "our sincerest gratitude to the employees of Jansen International for a job well done, applauding their unwavering dedication to the people of Madison County."

Jansen Vice President, Charles Dale, accepted the proclamation on behalf of the firm and followed with a claim summary report which outlined the key elements of the claim recovery. "We assembled a great team lead by our Executive adjuster, Tom Krautner, it is an honor to receive such high praise" stated Mr. Dale.

Art Jansen Jr., President of Jansen International, stated that this proclamation is one of the highest praises received by any public adjusting firm in the Country. "Our consulting firm assists insured clients with first party property claims resulting from insured perils. Oftentimes we are at odds with a very strong insurance industry as we strive to maximize insured's financial recoveries and expedite the claim process. An award on this level exhibits a greater acceptance of our service in the industry and illuminates the professional nature of our service in general."

Texas legislature recently passed Senate Bill 127 which requires the licensing of public adjusters in the state of Texas. Jansen International was founded in 1979 and has grown to one of the largest public adjusting firms in the nation.
