RE: MINERAL WELLS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
HIRES JANSEN INTERNATIONAL, LLC
On April 20, 2008 a severe hail storm entered Palo Pinto County
and caused widespread and severe damage in the County. The most damaged
area affected by up to soft ball sized hail was the town of Mineral
Wells, Texas. Reports of the large hail were reported throughout
the town and in some cases, the hail was reported as penetrating
roofs and entering into buildings.
Mineral Wells ISD Board of education sought
the assistance of Jansen International and entered into agreement
with the firm to properly measure, document and negotiate a satisfactory
settlement with the district’s insurance carrier. “A loss of this magnitude
will be difficult to assess and negotiate” stated Charles Dale,
Vice president of Jansen International. “We can understand
why the District has outsourced this important function. Our 30 years
of experience will help the district manage the claim process and
recover the insurance proceeds quickly, so as to avoid any disputes
and allow the damage to be repaired before the fall semester begins.”
Jansen International, LLC, is a Houston based public insurance adjusting
firm, was recently awarded by The Houston area Better Business Bureau
during the 2008 Awards For Excellence luncheon and presentation.
